Randy brings more than 30 years of experience to his company, Hahka Kitchens. He comes from a long line of expert Finnish finish carpenters and contractors who taught him at an early age to do quality work with attention to detail. Randy's father built hundreds of homes in the Northwest and was known for

Jan Hahka
Marketing
Jan is Vice President of Hahka Kitchens and she is also the director of Sales and Marketing.
Jan has 20 years experience in the marketing field and has been in Santa Barbara since 1980. She has been involved in the mortgage lending industry and escrow in town as well as music education in the local public schools.
Jan loves being part of a team of talented people that can help clients realize their dream of having a beautiful and functional kitchen with minimal disruption.
Jan is a founding member of Vocal Point and is an educator with the Santa Barbara Vocal Jazz foundation. Randy and Jan have two children they adore and way too many pets.
Linda Williams
Kitchen Designer
Linda brings her passion for "form and function" to all of her kitchen design.
With an Interior Design degree and professional affiliation with both The American Society of Interior Designers and National Kitchen and Bath Association, she has both the experience and the educational background to transform kitchens and bathrooms into spaces that provide the style you want, with the function and organization to meet your needs.

Emma Madrigal
Kitchen & Bath Designer
Emma’s greatest passion in life is to bring her client’s kitchen and bath dreams to life. She believes in emphasizing both the personality of the home and the homeowner’s style in her designs without compromising the functionality of the space.
Born and raised in Sweden, Emma has a unique perspective and approach to design that allows her to mix Scandinavian minimalism with a bright Santa Barbara flare. On top of a degree in Sustainable Design specializing in Interior Design, she also has an extensive background in various creative fields. Emma moved to Santa Barbara after several years in the Swedish kitchen design industry. Working in the small interior design community in town, she has gained specialist knowledge in areas such as lighting and plumbing design. She believes the overall function of the space is equally as important as the smallest details. Emma looks forward to working with you and making your vision come to life, all while ensuring that nothing gets overlooked.
Susan Swider

Susan graduated from UCSB with a degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting. She is a mom to 4 boys. She is also involved with the St Raphael's Church youth ministries.

Margarito Ocampo was the first of our current employees to join our team. Margarito brought his trade skills and work ethic from Mexico where as a young man he learned a variety of building techniques. Like many
José Ocampo, Margarito’s oldest son, graduated from Santa Barbara High School in 2004. That summer José began working with our company as his Dad’s helper. José learned quickly and soon was not just digging ditches and cleaning up, but was learning
Now, just five years later, José is leading his own framing and finish crew and working closely with our subcontractors.
Juan Morales is steadfast and loyal. Juan has come on to lend a steady hand to the company. He works with his nephew Jose’ and is learning quickly and often takes a leading role himself.
Lucio Ocampo, the youngest of the family, graduated from Santa Barbara high school in 2008. Lucio has joined us as his father’s helper and is learning the trade just as his brother did. Lucio is also a quick study and is blessed with the Ocampo work ethic.
